This is a list of companies that determine flood zones for properties. Please Note: FEMA does not attest to the quality of accuracy of the services offered. FEMA does not approve, endorse, regulate or otherwise sanction any company on this list.
Some of the companies listed below are also members of the National Flood Association (NFA). NFA maintains a list of active members that is available on their website:

FEMA will attempt to maintain a current list but relies on information provided by listed companies. Unlisted companies that provide this service and want to be listed should email a request and ask to be listed to the National Flood Insurance Program at [email protected]
Include the following information: Company name, Address, City, State Zip code, Phone number, Fax number, Indicate service area.
When choosing a company from this list, always consider what's being promised, including how they determine the flood zone and the degree of accuracy of their determination. Also consider the nature and content of any messages being sent to the mortgagor, and the options being provided to the mortgagor.
