To comply with federal requirements in effect during the lapse in the Department of Homeland Security appropriations, FEMA is unable to conduct the Claims Adjuster Presentation Webinar previously scheduled. Once the lapse has ended and funding is restored, we will reschedule the training session. Thank you for your understanding and continued partnership.

This six-hour course presents an overview of NFIP flood insurance claims handling practices, including policy provisions, adjustment procedures, and documentation standards.  Successful course completion is required in order to apply for a Flood Control Number (FCN) card, earn CE credit, and receive a certificate of course completion.
